It\xe2\x80\x99s an opportunity to grow your skills and experience as a valued member of the team.The purpose of the role is to provide technical support to SME Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Hong Kong (SMTH) countries related to the Transact system.How you will create an impact

• Works closely with the SMTH countries in ensuring that Transact system related requests and issues are met and addressed and delivered on time.

• Ensures that Transact system is always working as expected, otherwise, any unusual behavior will result to business slowing down and possible loss of accounts and loss of confidence of business partners.

• Engages with SMTH countries and relevant IT people to follow-up requests.

• The UTS Assistant will eventually be doing underwriting reviews of Transact-issued policies to ensure that underwriting guidelines are met.

• Serves as a back-up to the UTS Manager in her absence.
