\xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for assessment of care needs of patients. \xe2\x80\xa2 Planning programmes of care, implementation and evaluation of these programmes \xe2\x80\xa2 Take on overall patients\xe2\x80\x99 management responsibility and reports patients\xe2\x80\x99 progress to the immediate superior. \xe2\x80\xa2 Participate as key member in relation to the development of practice in the unit. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring safety and wellbeing of the services users. \xe2\x80\xa2 Any other duties when assigned from time to time. Job Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree in Nursing or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess Post Basic Certification in renal nursing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess valid Annual Practicing Certificate. \xe2\x80\xa2 Registered with Malaysian Nursing Board. \xe2\x80\xa2 Required language (s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, ability to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work independently without direct supervision. \xe2\x80\xa2 Applicants must be willing to work shift hours. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to adapt and flexible to changes within the organization
BP Renal Care Sdn Bhd is established in the year 1999 by Dr. Kee Swee Ann, a consultant in Internal Medicine Nephrologist. The institution is dedicated to care for patients with end-stage renal disease. The not-for-profit company, which operates 6 dialysis centers across Johor region, serves more than 400 patients currently. Besides, the company is also actively involved in corporate social responsibilities (CSR) works related in conserving the environment and giving donation to NGOs like National Kidney Foundation and MAKNA. Objective of the Organization The primary objective of the company is to provide the dialysis therapy for renal failure patients. We aim to satisfy our patient\xe2\x80\x99s demand for product performance, safety and stable supply.
