About the Role:
You will design, develop, and implement business process automation and workflow solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, with a primary focus on Power Apps (both Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate. You will create intuitive, effective, and visually appealing applications, leveraging advanced UI/UX principles to optimize user experience, and manage data relationships with Microsoft Dataverse. Additional exposure to UiPath or Blue Prism is beneficial, but the main focus is Power Platform.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy Power Apps solutions--with strong emphasis on UI/UX--to deliver applications that are clear, accessible, and drive high user adoption.
• Develop complex, secure, and scalable applications utilizing Dataverse for structured data storage, modeling, and business process logic.
• Design automated workflows and process integrations via Power Automate, supporting cross-platform connectivity (e.g., with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Dataverse, or third-party systems). Where needed, build RPA automations using Blue Prism or UiPath.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders; translate business needs into technical specifications for digital forms, applications, and workflow automation.
• Conduct UI/UX testing, user feedback sessions, and iterative redesign to maximize usability and accessibility.
• Build dashboards and reports, preferably with Power BI, for visualization and KPI tracking.
• Ensure Power Platform solutions comply with data security, compliance, and IT governance standards.
• Provide documentation, end-user training, and post-implementation support.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and provide enhancement recommendations for new and existing apps.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Computer Science, IT, Engineering) preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience implementing business process automation and workflow solutions.
• Expert proficiency in Power Apps:

• Highly skilled in UI/UX: app layout, navigation, responsive design, branding, accessibility, and user-centric functionality.
• Ability to develop both Canvas and Model-Driven apps.
• Excellent proficiency in Power Automate:

• creating robust workflows, leveraging connectors, integrating with cloud or on-premises systems.
• Strong working knowledge of Dataverse:

• data modeling, relationships, security roles, and process automation using business rules or flows.
• Experience--preferred but not required--with UiPath, Blue Prism, or other RPA tools.
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365 apps, Azure services, and API/data integration.
• Effective communication, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management skills.
• Microsoft Power Platform certification (PL-100, PL-200, or related) advantageous.
• Located in Malaysia and able to work onsite. Offsite dependent on client's requirements.
