- Possess either a Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Business Administrative or any related field(s).
- Minimum 2 years of working experience.
- Working experience in insurance related fields would be added advantage.
- To attend enquiries and issues highlighted by business users.
- Coordinate and work closely with stakeholders to close the issue.
- Work with IT on scheduled/unscheduled maintenance activities for eConnect.
- Raise defect, provide business requirement for enhancement.
- Perform, monitor and track UAT testing.
- Arrangement for post-production deployment monitoring.
- Ensure initiatives and/or projects scopes, and the business requirement are complying with company policies and guidelines.
- Ensure compliance to Regulatory guidelines for the any roll out of initiatives and/or projects.
