Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP) and quality standards.
Collect and record process data, inspection results, and measurements.
Immediately report defects, non-conformities, or equipment-related issues.
Assist engineers in root-cause analysis by providing accurate inspection data and samples.
Perform basic tool checks, calibration verification, and daily maintenance.
Participate in yield improvement, defect reduction, and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) programs.
Prepare PQC reports, defect logs, and inspection summaries.
Job Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in semiconductor production or quality inspection preferred.
Basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes is an advantage.
Familiarity with microscopes, metrology tools, or SPC systems preferred.
Strong attention to detail, patience, and ability to follow SOP strictly.
Good communication skills and teamwork.
Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and follow ESD & safety rules.
Able to use basic computer applications for data entry.
Mandarin Speaking is added advantage.
