Position: Head of PR & Corporate Communications . Budget: RM12,000to RM16,000 Mandatory Requirements: Corporate Communication. Experience in Start-up. Knowledge on latest digital technologies. This is a Contract role under Persolkelly Malaysia with a chance of converting into Permanent role. : To oversee all internal and external communications for the company, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging. ACCOUNTABILITIES /KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. To manage external communications for the company. These covers: a. Pitch and arrange interviews to profile Yoodo b. Develop briefing documents for the interivews c. Manage updates on Yoodo\'s LinkedIn page d. Manage communications in the event of service crisis 2. To create informative and interesting press releases, press kits, newsletters, and related marketing materials a. Draft press releases for initiatives such as product launches, campaigns, events b. Develop and maintain relations with the media 3. To coordinate media meetings and briefing sessions to grow the brand a. Organise media events for product launches, lifestyle, and brand initiatives b. Arrange and coordinate blogger briefing sessions c. Prepare presentation decks for sessions 4. To work with external agencies to monitor and prepare media activity reports 5. To grow company\'s presence in the industry via participation of awards and development of case studies 6. To strategize enterprise ideas and messaging angles for the many initiatives and lifestyle segments that the company participates in 7. To prepare informational documents and talking points for events and interviews on behalf of management 8. To manage internal communications and engagement sessions within the company a. Arrange and coordinate townhalls b. Coordinate engagement initiatives (activities, celebrations) 9. To guide and encourage inter departmental staff to communicate effectively and achieve company objectives Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in communication, journalism, public relations or relevant field. TECHNICAL & BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES/ SKILLS . Independent and does whatever it takes to get things done (start-up environment) . Communicates well with internal and external stakeholders . Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques
