• Proven experience in public relations, communications, or a similar role, with a focus on project management and relationship-building.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
• Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and develop creative solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Lead project management for timely project execution.
• Establish and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders (contractors, government agencies, business partners, suppliers, customs, etc.).
• Act as primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing inquiries and fostering positive relationships.
• Identify opportunities to enhance Homy Villa\'s reputation and visibility through strategic communications.
• Develop and implement communication strategies for conveying Sabah KKIP\'s initiatives, achievements, and updates.
• Coordinate and participate in meetings, events, and engagements with stakeholders to strengthen relationships and support organizational objectives.
• Collaborate internally to align messaging and communications efforts with organizational goals.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and relevant news for PR opportunities and risks.
• Prepare regular reports on PR activities, including stakeholder engagements, media coverage, and performance metrics.
