• Plan, implement and manage public relations programs
• Developing and implementing publicity strategies for the company\xe2\x80\x99s products and services
• Creating and managing a PR plan, including budgets, timelines, etc
• Working with the social media team to create a content calendar
• Building good relationships with the media
• Coordinate and manage public relations events
• Representing the company at any public relations events
• Monitor media coverage and maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends, competitors, and the media landscape
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all communication channels
• Manage crisis communications and handle sensitive issues that may arise
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of PR campaigns and initiatives

Job Requirements

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree holder in marketing/advertising/public relations/mass communications or a related field
• At least 4 years experiences of relevant work experience, especially in social media marketing, influencer/affiliate marketing, branding or other allied fields
• Good working knowledge of digital marketing/advertising and preferably experience in social media marketing
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Malay
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects
• Excellent problem-solving skills and high levels of accuracy
• A strong personality who is able to work autonomously and within a team
• A working knowledge of major social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and TikTok
