Job Responsibilities
- To assist the Manager and Assistant Manager in the day to day operations and
administration of their office.
- To assist the Manager and Assistant Manager in analyzing and consolidate
management reporting.
- To assist Manager and Assistant Manager in the formulation and execution of
corporate strategies.
- To provide technical assistant when and where necessary.
- To assist the Manager and Assistant Manager in confirming market selling price,
promotion entitilemet, delivery date and etc.
- To prepare monthly planning report and daily sale report to Assistant Manager andManager.
- To assist Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring all the targets and strategies are running smoothly and find solution if failed to achieve.
- Provide the proper solution to solve problem and customer enquiry.
- To implement the company\'s sales management rules and improve their own
selling skill.
- To ensure achieve sales target and sales indicators.
- To be responsible for signing sales contract with customer,urging the contract to
perform normally, and collecting outstanding sales amount.
- To complete the tasks assigned by superior in given time frame.
- To develop new customers and build-up & maintain the relationship with existing
customer.
