60% Company Marketing and PR \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and execute marketing communications plans for the agency including strategy, goals, budget and tactics aligned with Hakuhodo\xe2\x80\x99s company and business goals. May include, but not limited to: \xe2\x80\xa2 To lead in development of content for Hakuhodo social media channels \xe2\x80\x93 LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram \xe2\x80\xa2 To support in development and execution of media strategy (social media boosting/SEO SEM) for Hakuhodo \xe2\x80\xa2 Generate good relations with marketing and advertising media channels/publications. Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media \xe2\x80\xa2 To coordinate with internal managements team, social media team and agency partners for communication efforts \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting our clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them 30% Talent Acquisition & Retention \xe2\x80\xa2 To incorporate talent acquisition strategy within agency\xe2\x80\x99s marketing communication plan. \xe2\x80\xa2 To support HR team on talent acquisition effort through communication rollout. \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist in preliminary filter of talent inquiries based on vacancy requirements, before passing to HR team \xe2\x80\xa2 To develop staff enrichment activities for staff fulfilment & development, also as a part of acquisition branding effort 10% New Business \xe2\x80\xa2 To incorporate new business acquisition strategy within agency\xe2\x80\x99s marketing communication plan \xe2\x80\xa2 To support Biz Development team on talent acquisition effort through communication rollout \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist in preliminary filter of business inquiries based on vacancy requirements, before passing to Business Development team
