Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Report any incidents / customer feedback immediately to General Manager and take corrective measures.
- Manage Health tourism as properly.
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement activities at Services and Company level.
- Practice and coach staff members on courtesy towards all stakeholders.
- Prepare financial and activity reports, budget and an analyze monthly, yearly an any period as determined by the management.
- Responsibilities to compile Customer Service initiative.
- Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Public Relation / Mass Communication or equivalent.
- At least 4 years working experience at Public Relation / Marketing Services.
- Possess excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, presentation skills, good administration skills and strong knowledge of Public Relations / Marketing.
- Experience managing a team.
- Able to write and communicate fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English language.
