Report any incidents / customer feedback immediately to General Manager and take corrective measures.
Manage Health tourism as properly.
Lead and participate in continuous improvement activities at Services and Company level.
Practice and coach staff members on courtesy towards all stakeholders.
Prepare financial and activity reports, budget and an analyze monthly, yearly an any period as determined by the management.
Responsibilities to compile Customer Service initiative.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Public Relation / Mass Communication or equivalent.
At least 4 years working experience at Public Relation / Marketing Services.
Possess excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, presentation skills, good administration skills and strong knowledge of Public Relations / Marketing.
Experience managing a team.
Able to write and communicate fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English language.
