Job Description


Job Responsibilities:

  • Report any incidents / customer feedback immediately to General Manager and take corrective measures.
  • Manage Health tourism as properly.
  • Lead and participate in continuous improvement activities at Services and Company level.
  • Practice and coach staff members on courtesy towards all stakeholders.
  • Prepare financial and activity reports, budget and an analyze monthly, yearly an any period as determined by the management.
  • Responsibilities to compile Customer Service initiative.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Public Relation / Mass Communication or equivalent.
  • At least 4 years working experience at Public Relation / Marketing Services.
  • Possess excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, presentation skills, good administration skills and strong knowledge of Public Relations / Marketing.
  • Experience managing a team.
  • Able to write and communicate fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English language.
