The PR & Strategic Communications Lead is a crucial senior role for the business, responsible to lead and establish strategic communication roadmap for the company. This role is an individual contributor and a specialist position, reporting directly to the Country Head.

The PR & Strategic Communications Lead is a senior role within the business, responsible to lead overall strategic communications direction for the company. The key pillars of responsibilities include:

• Increase effectiveness of the company\'s communication function by leveraging on a wide range of communication channels to engage the targeted audience
• Responsible for internal and external communications, liaising with internal and external stakeholders in implementing company\'s PR & Communications plan
• Proactively leading engagement with media and influence constructively on the image of the brand
• Build strategic relationships with government officials and the media partners
• Strategically manage challenging situations including crisis that would impact the company\'s reputation

The successful candidate is an experienced Public Relations/Corporate Communications professional with strategic experience in this field. Other requirements include:

• Bachelor\'s degree in a related field
• At least 10 years of working experience in Public Relations/Corporate Communications
• Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for stakeholder engagement, internal and external
• Good relationship with government departments and media is an added advantage
