Job Description

Responsibilities:

Communicate with parents (potential and existing) via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, or in-person to provide information about programs and services. Assist in handling inquiries, feedback, and basic complaints in a professional and timely manner. Support the admission/enrollment process by guiding parents through registration steps. Help prepare and update customer records, databases, and communication logs. Follow up with parents on pending documents, payments, or enrollment confirmations. Assist in coordinating trial classes, parent meetings, and school visits. Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to ensure accurate information is delivered to parents. Participate in creating and improving FAQs, communication templates, and customer service materials. Provide general administrative support to the customer service team as needed.
Requirement:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's of Mass Communication/ Marketing/ Customer Service/ Business Management or any related fields Strong organisational and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office application. Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: RM500.00 - RM600.00 per month

Work Location: In person
