About the role:

To teach students in the vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, reading and writing in various languages. Preschool Teacher is also responsible for lesson planning, recordkeeping and student assessment.

Undertake appropriate teaching and caring methods to ensure high quality learning is taking place all the time. Do research of the curriculum planning and teaching week. Document learning objectives, specific needs and assessment to the Principal Maintain good and professional communication with colleagues concerning the children, amongst colleagues and the school, treating all information with confidentiality. Responsible and care for all equipment with resources well-labelled and accessible Maintain a clean, tidy and well-organized classroom with resourceful learning corner, creating a lively classroom which promotes independent learning. Build positive relationships with parents of children in your care Guide, motivates your classroom assistant teachers in carrying out their tasks. Collaborate with the Principal and Senior teachers in curriculum planning. Take responsibility of the children's display in class and throughout the school (monthly basis). Support the children in your care to be engaged during the learning in class Responsible to see that the child is clean and well-groomed before handing them over to their parents. During pick-up or when the child arrives in your class, teachers are to look at their physical appearance. Record in the Log Book daily (this applies to all who does pick up in the mornings). Be responsible to accompany the child to the toilet, change diaper, potty training and bathing/wipe down (when required). Assist to replace another teacher's lesson when the teacher is unavailable in school. Participate in all events of the school, following each Calendar Year Translate promotional advertising materials in the language as required. Assist in the marketing and promotion of the school to reach out to non-English speaking community by: Upkeep the cleanliness of their classrooms, specialist rooms, toilets, open areas and pantry.

Requirement:

Degree in Early Childhood Education At least 2-years' experience working in preschool or with children. Able to teach in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia. Be patient and loving. Be warm and nurturing with children. Positive role model for all care giving staff and children. Customer service oriented and professional.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
