Identify and monitor hazardous situations \xef\x82\xb7Minimize hazards and proactively reduce risk in the workplace. \xef\x82\xb7Communicate and collaborate about safety and health throughout the project. \xef\x82\xb7Enforce safety standards and processes. \xef\x82\xb7Perform regular patrols, inspections, evaluations, and/or walk-throughs of facilities and/or properties. \xef\x82\xb7Conduct toolbox meeting and other ongoing learning opportunities for staff. \xef\x82\xb7Ensure all staff\xe2\x80\x94from temporary, contract workers to regular staff\xe2\x80\x94have completed necessary training and are equipped for roles. \xef\x82\xb7Promote and reinforce safe behavior across projects and job sites. \xef\x82\xb7Take measures to drive accountability for safety. \xef\x82\xb7Organize and maintain all safety and compliance-related forms. \xef\x82\xb7Conduct job hazard analysis. \xef\x82\xb7Record, investigate, and follow-up/track incidents to determine cause and to handle \xef\x82\xb7Manage safety complaints or safety concerns.
