B. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
To carry out E-Serahan procedures such as saving customer's thumbprints and ownership transfer.
To be able to carry out his/her duty within the Klang Valley and outstation when needed.
To deliver cars for customers that are located outside of the Klang Valley.
To generate reports on saved cars thumbprints and cars delivered within the Klang Valley and outstation.
To cross-check on all the required documents before carrying out the ownership transfer procedures.
To cross-check on all payments with the CA and Admin department before carrying out the ownership transfer procedures.
After cross-checking on all documents and payments, he/she would have to perform ownership transfer at JPJ(Manual Thumbprint).
To follow the flatbed truck driver to carry out e-serahan (ownership transfer) procedure. Includes local and outstation deliveries.
C. MISCELLANEOUS
To carry out tasks given by Assistant Manager
D. JOB SPECIFICATION
Good communication and social skills as he/she would have to serve customers on a daily basis.
To be able to work on weekends or public holidays when needed (rotational shifts).
Disciplined and resourceful with the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Malaysians only (as IC is needed during the ownership transfer procedures)
Valid driving license
