Job Description
- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Business Management or any related field. Possessing an ACTA certificate will be a bonus.
- Proficient in English and proficient in Chinese.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at a Diploma or equivalent level.
- Masterfully present course content in front of the camera, demonstrating professionalism and clarity.
- Utilize video recording equipment and software with proficiency.
- Familiarity with video recording and editing tools.
- Perform basic video editing to ensure seamless and high-quality recordings.
- Ability to adapt teaching style for pre-recorded delivery.
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
- Teaching the subject using a variety of appropriate teaching methods in a way that students can understand.
- Following the procedures and policies set by the school.
- Completing other tasks assigned by management.
- Create dynamic and engaging pre-recorded video lessons that effectively convey business concepts and practices, with a focus on developing proficiency in the Chinese language as a medium of exchange.
- Ensure accuracy and clarity in all pre-recorded classes, including pronunciation, grammar, and content relevance to the field of business conducted in a Chinese-speaking environment.
- Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to enhance the quality and effectiveness of course materials.
