Job description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and guidance during pre-sales process by identifying customers technical and business requirements, prior to designing a solution, consulting with technical teams about capabilities, and supporting business sales teams and account managers on proposal activities.
- Coordinate presales and end user during requirement gathering for proposal submission purpose.
- Work closely with operation and development team to ensure the completeness of each deal.
- Establish and maintain lasting relationship with clients by exploring specific needs or anticipating new opportunities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, understand market trends and also update of competitors activities.
- Manage, provide training and give clear direction and improvements to sales team from time to time.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related courses.
- At least 2-3 years if experience in Sales, Marketing or related field (Preferably in IT industry)
- Strong customer service experience with excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in strategic marketing, research and sales skills
- Able to work independently as well as on a team.
