Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Presales Engineer. You will be responsible for providing technical guidance, support and solutions to our customers in the cloud native and container platform area. You will also work closely with our internal teams to develop and implement solutions to improve our offerings and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customers with on-site guidance and training for product trials, help customers solve technical problems, become a technical communication bridge between customers and the company, and maintain good customer relations.
• Cooperate with the sales team to identify business opportunities, provide solutions and pre-sales technical support
• Responsible for the preparation of project proposals, bids, test reports, implementation plans and other technical documents.
• Collect and sort out the needs from the client and the market, and provide more accurate and timely information for back-end products and R&D.
• Participate in relevant marketing activities and keynote speeches.
• Carry out technical exchanges and cooperation with partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Min. 2 years of working experience in IT and Internet related companies. Familiar with the mainstream technology and related company products in the cloud computing industry. Experience in Presales, R&D or operation and maintenance of medium and large-scale projects is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin are highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
