We are looking for a passionate and motivated Pre-Sales Executive to join our sales team.
This role involves engaging with potential customers, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales process from the first contact until handover to the Sales Executive.
Key Responsibilities
Contact and qualify new leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Manage and coordinate product demo sessions for potential clients.
Assist customers with test order arrangements and product information.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Support the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
