Your core responsibilities will include monitoring compliance with company pricing policy and providing clear and accurate financial information to management and sales leaders for informed decision-making. In this dynamic role, you will leverage your expertise in financial analysis and pricing strategy to provide critical support to the sales teams in the APAC region.   • Work with sales organization to develop pricing strategies and prepare profitability analyses for management decision-making.
  • Monitor compliance with company pricing policy and support the approval process for large projects and contracts
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams as necessary (Sales, Sales support, Category/Operation finance, Operation, Marketing, Specials, and Procurement teams)
  • Collaborate with NA and EMEA sales team and pricing team on global contracts
Monitor product pricing trends by market
  • Analyze and monitor product pricing trends to support development of pricing strategies
  • Leverage analytics tools for reporting and analysis
Support Finance Function - Competitive Discount Approval (CDA)
  • Review and maintain discount to 3rd party dealers
  • Problem-solving for pricing issues
Maintain pricing system and dashboards
  • Support pricing maintenance and process improvement in pricing contract management database
Ad-hoc projects\xc2\xb7 Provide training to sales team when required and support other ad hoc projectsEducation Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
Skill Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional commercial acumen
  • Highly organized with well-developed analytical skills and logical thinking
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and database applications
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial or financial analysis, with regional experience as a plus
  • Able to work under pressure
