Job Responsibilities

• Plan, initiate and drive commercial/pricing strategy and action to achieve pricing targets, improve profitability, enhance and simplify pricing process and improve customer satisfaction

• Work closely with different cross countries stakeholders to achieve pricing targets across all countries and BUs

• Provide regular and ad hoc pricing analysis and reporting to management at country or zone level. Provide consultative expertise in response to ad hoc country requests for pricing support in terms of analytics

• Business partnering with Offer Managers to assist with category reviews, build action plans & drive profitable market growth

• Ensure efficient communication on pricing actions to all relevant stakeholders

• Participate in various commercial policy and pricing projects

• Support global/zone on business transformation projects/initiatives for pricing

• Forecast pricing performances & trends and work closely with management team to execute price adjustment and pricing recovery measures. Analyze when possible price elasticity models as basis for price changes

• Close collaboration with in country functions such as Finance, Marketing, Sales, Master data and CCC team to resolve operation issues relating to pricing

• Main contact point to control system update of pricing related metrics: administration list price, discount conditions, set up promotion prices & etc. in ERP

• Bachelor degree and above

• Minimum of three years of experience in analytics, preferably in pricing

• Requires a strong aptitude for working with numbers

• Must be able to work well in a team environment

• Advanced Microsoft Excel capability is essential to this role. Knowledge of BI Oracle, and/or SAP would be a plus

• Must have great attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing contexts

Remuneration:

RM 6,000 - RM8,500
