• Identify/collect the data through deep understanding of MFG process and Equipment
• Define required data structure and data storage strategy. Collaborate with data architect to identify new data sources and integrations.
• Design data visualization to have an easy way to access the data and monitor the line performance
• Deploy ML model to help engineer quickly identify the root cause
• Develop simulation model to simulate process and get the most efficient work method
• Explore the data to find efficiency improvement opportunities and co-work with business owner to realize in line
• Explore and deploy the new data analysis method to solve future challenge

Qualifications

• Bachelor / Master degree in engineering/statistic
• Good at one of the data processing language (Python preferred);
• Intermediate knowledge of SQL programming;
• Experience with computer vision/image recognition will add benefit
• Experience in building models utilizing various analytical techniques, data science, modeling, and analytics
• Expert in analytical thinking with business acumen mindset.
• Good English skill, both written and oral;
• Good team work spirit.
