Job description
In your new role you will:

• Lead and Manage Process/ Maintenance engineering team and production support for one functional area.
• Drive to meet/exceed KPIs(Quality, Cost & Speed) assigned in functional area.
• Process/Equipment optimization, on key input variable control for critical process control. Lead and ensure the robustness of processes/equipment with Advance Process Control (APC), Statistical Process Control (SPC), Fast detection system and other problem-solving/improvement tools.
• Lead teams and work closely with development and integration to help define process solutions on products.
• Lead tools installations as well as process, equipment & technology transfers to meet company targets in supporting production ramp
• Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques, DMAIC knowledge and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
• Lead and Work on Productivity improvement and Cost down improvement. Lead cross functional Projects to support Production.
• Lead Manufacturing to resolve production issues and reduce production line disruptions.
• Perform or lead Process/Equipment FMEA, risk assessment of process/equipment changes, with proper process change management
• Manage overall documentation, certification & compliance of procedure in assigned functional area.
• Guide and Develop Senior & above Engineer as part of succession planning in the team.

Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Degree/Master/PhD in Science, Engineering
• Approximately 8+ years of professional experience in semiconductors industry.
• Minimum 3 years experiences in management roles.
• Very good knowledge of product engineering and technology
• Sound understanding of supply chain processes
• Good understanding of quality, qualification processes & volume planning.
• Knowledge of own functions contributions to achieving business objectives
