In your new role you will:

• Responsible for lot review and disposition.
• Responsible for data analysis, yield trend review, SBA calculations, test time improvement and cost reduction activities.
• Responsible for reporting, interaction with test engineering, assembly and quality teams.
• Responsible in program management of special engineering projects for yield improvement, automation, or monitoring.

• Master/ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering fields (Electrical, Electronic, Microelectronics, Physics, Material or equivalent field in engineering & science).
• More than 5 years experiences dealing with power devices (E.g., MOSFET, IGBT, Diodes, IC, MCM etc.) related to manufacturing, test, and yield enhancement.
• Product engineering experience working with power devices (E.g., MOSFET, IGBT, IC, MCM) in areas of yield improvement at assembly or fabrication area.
• Knowledge and experience in statistical & problem-solving methodologies.
• Knowledge in all electrical characteristics of Power MOSFETs, IGBT, IC and MCM products.
• Excellent teamwork with good interpersonal skills (ability to work efficiently with multi-functional teams).
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and ability to make presentations to management & customers)
• Experience with multi-chip modules and related products for cost reduction, yield improvement, quality, and new product introduction projects.
• Strong driver (assertive and results/goal oriented).
• Ability to initiate, lead and complete projects with minimum supervision to meet deadlines.
