• Maintenance of the defined Supplier Quality Management System (procedures, guidelines, and tools) to ensure the requested quality is in line with the defined supplier management strategies to meet the quality targets.
• Initiation and introduction of the preferred supplier and components strategy.
• Perform evaluations and assessments to support supplier selection in cross-functional team with required quality data.
• Work with R&R on initiation, and control of preventive quality management measurements from development phase for supplied parts and services to ensure that our products meet the quality requirements defined.
• Driving supplier in Zero Defect Mindset (ZDM) implementation
• Driving improvement activities, root cause analysis and implementation of appropriate counter-measurements at supplier\'s site.
• Support for the continuous improvement process of all supplier quality-related processes, guidelines, and tools by means of supplier audits, on-site assessments, and best practice sharing programs.
• Continuous tracking of the target setting and plan fulfillment (monitoring, analysis, control) in the context of Supplier Quality Management System.

Support of the data system to collect and evaluate supplier quality related key process indicators (KPIs) for the regular reporting of periodical quality performance

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Material Science, or Applied Science

Preferred:

• Experience in drive development & improvement
• Strong problem-solving knowledge & capability in dealing with material quality/yield/engineering issue
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Motivated, self-directed and able to work effectively both independently and in a team.
• Able to travel
