About the Role

Owns the Payroll Australia, Asia and UK global processing area end-to-end, responsible for governance, experience/process, work design and knowledge management

Provide single point of accountability for continuous improvement of the Australia, Asia and UK Payroll processing area and improved customer experience.

Stakeholder Management

  • Interface with Accenture Service Manager to manage continuous improvement pipeline, working together to analyse and identify opportunities to improve recurring problems and issues
Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement
  • Provide consultative support for recurring issues within the payroll area and monitor and track interventions
Leadership, Coaching & Reporting
  • Support team members in transition to the new HR Operations Operating Model, address team member\'s concerns and build capabilities
Project Management
  • Identify and select the best methodologies/approach for developing and executing projects
Risk Management
  • Proactively identify and take accountability to manage all risks for relevant experience area (operational, strategic, compliance and reporting)
Governance
  • Define process standards and set and monitor adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)and key performance indicators
Measures of Success
  • Overall customer satisfaction ratings / sentiment for service area
About You
  • Experience working in HR organisations, ideally with experience working in an HR Operations or HR Services environment
  • SAP and EC Payroll system knowledge and experience
  • Expertise across the full spectrum of HR activity, including performance, talent, culture and foundational HR processes, analytics and improvement.
  • Strong understanding of HR tools, processes and systems required including SAP.
  • Strong continuous improvements skills
  • Strong process governance skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Senior stakeholder engagement / relationship management skills
  • BHP Asset or customer exposure / experience required
  • Experience in working in a global environment
