Roles Purpose

The Business Process Analyst is a member of APAC Supply Chain Logistics team who plans and performs process reviews, leads improvements and implementations for Logistic Distribution and Warehousing (Global and Regional Initiatives). The role will collaborate with country representatives and global functional stakeholders to support project deliverables and drive change. The role will also be the APAC regional Business Process Lead (BPL) and subject-matter-expert (SME) in supporting Global (e.g. Magellan) and Regional projects/initiatives

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities and lead initiatives to improve the efficiency, effectiveness and harmonization of the systems and processes being examined including driving process improvement/re-engineering projects.
  • Drive process improvement through simplification, automation and leveraging scale and drive operational excellence in logistics distribution and warehousing.
  • Plan project activities, draft project reports and conduct fieldwork, including interviews, process flow determination, critical analysis of activities as value- added/non-value-added, financial analysis, system data analysis and transaction testing.
  • Track deliverables to completion and lead change management.
  • As APAC regional Logistics Distribution BPL and SME in supporting Magellan program:
  • Work closely with country SMEs and BPLs to develop clear understanding and knowledge of current business and system processes, requirements & pain points. Represent APAC countries to discuss with Magellan workstream lead and global product owners.
  • Drive and coordinate E2E Logistics Distribution & Cross System Flow of Goods (CSFG) related process impact assessment, performs fit gaps analysis, process standardization vs local customization requirements.
  • Learn, summarize, and brief countries on Magellan D2-D5 changes, discuss and capture change impacts. Map out end-to-end future state.
  • Support APAC countries by participating in Magellan D2-D5 activities & go live (Such as testing, go live readiness etc).
  • As Regional Testing Lead, partner with Magellan APAC IT Pillar Lead to ensure testing readiness and coordinate UAT/regression testing accordingly. Perform informal/formal testing for APAC countries.
  • Be the Regional User System Process Training Lead & End user WI/SOP training.
Roles Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s Degree, preferably in Supply Chain with at least 3-5 years of experience in supply chain project management and logistics operations (warehousing and transportation) required.
  • Possess knowledge of warehouse and distribution processes and systems.
  • Project management experience required and/or certification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SAP (S4HANA) and warehouse management system preferred.
  • Familiarity with MedTech industry will be advantageous.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate a cross-functional, matrix and diverse environment.
