The Opportunity We are seeking self-motivated Principal Recruitment Consultants with an entrepreneurial mindset to be part of our growing business in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia . The right candidate is someone who wants to be at the forefront of growing and developing a business while leveraging our vast network of regional relationships. This role will own the end-to-end recruitment process and partner closely with clients to develop talent sourcing and attraction strategies for mid-to-senior hires. We aim to deliver a great experience for both our clients and candidates that lends genuine insight into our culture. Key Responsibilities: Achieving revenue targets and meeting individual and team KPIs in a fast moving, competitive sales environment Identifying, developing and managing client business relationships together with selling our recruitment services and negotiating the rates of business.
