This role is critical in driving sales efficiency, managing sales data, and providing operational support across multiple regions. You will collaborate closely with sales, product management, finance, supply chain, and logistics teams to enhance forecasting accuracy, streamline reporting, and optimize sales execution.
The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience in sales operations, and the ability to work across different time zones to support a global sales organization.
Job Responsibilities:
Support the global sales team by managing and optimizing sales operations processes, including pipeline tracking, forecasting/demand planning, and performance analytics.
Develop and implement dashboards and reports to track key sales performance metrics across different regions.
Work closely with finance to ensure accurate revenue reporting, pricing structures, and contract management.
Assist in demand planning and inventory alignment to meet customer needs worldwide.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks in sales processes, recommending efficiency improvements.
Support sales enablement initiatives, including training materials and process documentation.
Ensure compliance with global sales policies and industry best practices.
Maintain and enhance CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and enable better decision-making.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in
sales operations, business operations
, or a related role.
Experience working with global sales teams and supporting cross-regional sales operations.
Experience in
B2B sales operations
within the technology or manufacturing industry.
Familiarity with
supply chain and demand planning processes.
Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Prior experience supporting APAC, US, or European sales teams.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools
(Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) for data analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in sales forecasting and reporting.
Ability to work effectively across time zones in a fast-paced, international environment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
