:

Principal Engineer (Geotechnical)

Assist the Team Leader in managing the Geotechnical team, including design, documentation, site investigations, reporting, calculations and drawings Provide technical guidance on foundations, earthworks, and ground improvement solutions, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and client requirements Lead interdisciplinary/ inter-team coordination to resolve design conflicts and achieve timely project delivery Support Team Leader in enhancing the technical and operational capability of the team, including mentoring junior engineers Manage risk and ensure all design outputs meet technical, safety, regulatory, environmental and quality standards Attend design and coordination meetings with clients, architects and site teams Maintain continuity of the drafting program and ensure design output supports project requirements Drive technical excellence and process efficiency to meet project deadlines while maintaining cost control and profitability

Senior C&S Engineer (Geotechnical)

Assist the Team Leaders in carrying out their duties Conduct geotechnical site investigations, including soil, rock, and groundwater sampling, testing, and analysis Develop geotechnical reports, perform design calculations, and provide technical recommendations for foundations, earthworks, and ground improvement solutions Produce sketch drawings and ensure design outputs comply with project Design Criteria/ Client Brief/ Approved Concept/ relevant design standards and office standards Ensure quality and accuracy of all designs and check documentation for compliance Attend design meetings with clients, architects, and site teams Maintain continuity of the drafting program and ensure design output supports project requirements Coordinate with other disciplines to achieve timely project completion

Requirements:

At least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil/ Geotechnical) or equivalent; Master's Degree in Engineering will be an advantage Registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) Minimum of 10 years' experience in geotechnical and foundation engineering design for buildings and underground structures With proven design, management and supervision skills in leading a geotechnical design team Competent in Plaxis 3D, Slope/W or similar geotechnical analysis software Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients and contractors Able to work independently and lead projects effectively Strong communication skills High resilience & ability to perform under pressure Good working attitude

Other information:

Working location: Jalan Imbi, Kuala Lumpur (walking distance from monorail & MRT stations) Full-time (Monday to Friday)
