Operations

Review daily job schedule to determine tinplate specification, quantities to be printed, colors and printing instruction.

Ensure workplace cleanliness with team members by following 5S principles

Conduct changeover preparation for the next job on the schedule.

Clean the ink roller, ink try and apply new ink on the ink tray during changeover.

Make sure the availability of ink for the next job on the schedule.

Check waste tinplate condition.

Able to adjust feeder setting according to the tinplate size.

To operate printing machine with assistant of Printer 1.

To adjust color setting by adjusting the ink slide based on the control sample provided.

To help mechanical foreman o reduce downtime of machines.

To play an active role in creating a safe and healthy workplace, observed and follow all the established safety and health rules and regulations.

Able to perform ad-hoc project activities as assigned by superior.

SELECTION CRITERIA

Minimum SPM qualification or Technical/ Vocational Diploma/ Certificate or equivalent

Preferred Basic Maintenance/ Printing Skills.

Not color blind

Willing to work on shift

Possess high regard for safety in workplace

Preferable work knowledge related to printing

Discipline in work and attendance.

Timeliness

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
