DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Shall carry out all instruction given by Printer Security Printing and perform their duties to a satisfactory standard at all times. 2. To operate Komori LS629, Heidelberg SM52-5+L & KBA Mini Orloff III assigned by Printer Security Printing. 3. To be fully responsible on machine preventive maintenance, fixture and tolls to be well taken care of, and ensure machine in good running condition, clean and safe for operation. 4. Setup the production equipment and plate management, mixed inks before executing the job orders. 5. Set and run jobs according to Planner instruction. 6. Checking & monitoring to ensure color density will be follow light, standard & dark color requirement. (+/-10% color tolerance) 7. To maintain printing quality and to meet customer specifications. 8. Accountable for quality and end result of printing. 9. Responsible to fill up Production documentation such a Job Order, Machineries Record, acknowledgement slips, etc. 10. To adhere to company\xe2\x80\x99s policy and requirement on environmental and quality management system. 11. Contribute to waste management programs. 12. Report immediately all irregularities to their Executive / Senior Printing Specialist. 13. To work on other tasks as per assigned by Senior Printing Specialist. REQUIREMENTS 1. Diploma, Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or relevant qualifications. 2. 5 years working experience in operating offset printing machine. 3. Willing to learn as on job training will be given. 4. Good work ethics, highly self-discipline, independent and hard working. 5. Able to work on shift and overtime. 6. Provided own transport.
