Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Design Education.
• Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
• Courage to accept the challenge
• Self Discipline, Self Motivated, & Self Learning
• Able to work under pressure and over time
• Able to use editing software include Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
• At least 1-2 Year and 4 years above of working experience in printing/similar industry are preferred
• Must have passion & interest in printing knowledge

Responsibilities

• Review, prepare, and send print-ready artworks, books, and related materials.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements and provide suitable printing solutions.
• Manage the entire printing process, ensuring jobs are delivered accurately and on schedule.
• Perform quality control (QC) checks on output products to maintain high printing standards.
• Handle tasks and projects assigned by retail customers and management.
• Work towards achieving the monthly sales/production target set by the company.
• Support the team in continuous process improvement to enhance efficiency and service quality.
