POSITION: PRIVATE CHEF Qualification: Diploma, Degree, Advanced/Higher Years of Experience: Minimum 4 years Location: Damansara Heights Live in or Live Out: Live out Job Type: Contract (Full time) Headcount: 1 Working hours: Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and supper occasionally only (only as and when required) Salary Range: RM 4,500 \xe2\x80\x93 RM 6,500 Available: 3 July 2023 or Immediately REQUIREMENTS 1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant working experience. 2. A highly flexible, creative, hard worker and an organized Chef with all menu planning and provisioning including able to work independently. 3. Attention to detail and able to cook international cuisine. 4. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken). 5. An experienced chef working within private households, chalets, villas, hotels and restaurants for small and large groups. 6. Confident in cooking Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, most popular European, Japanese, Chinese, British, South American, Asian favorites not limited to. 7. He has a focus on quality, presentation, and impeccable Hygiene. 8. Is discreet, professional, proactive and has good judgement. 9. Able to do drinks/ wine pairing with food is a plus point. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Communicate with clients to determine their food preferences and dietary restrictions. 2. Ensuring to take note of any food allergies or meal preparation specifications from clients. 3. Preparing and presenting customized meal plans for approval. 4. Stocking on various ingredients ahead and kitchen tools required. 5. Reviewing ingredients and other packaged food products to check for quality and consumption date. 6. Adhering to the food, safety, and hygiene standards always. 7. Cleaning and maintaining the workstation before and after every meal preparation. 8. Providing clients the instructions on the consumption of certain food items. 9. Plating and serving meals to clients on time. 10. Washing, cleaning, and sanitizing cooking equipment and utensils 11. Ensuring that there is no waste of ingredients and can budget wisely. Job Types: Full-time, Contract
