Responsibilities/Objectives: \xe2\x80\xaf

• To drive and lead the process/maintenance team for continuous process improvement (eg. line balancing, UPH improvement, operation safety, and errors troubleshooting).

• Responsible for all process & supporting equipment, machines quality and efficiency (eg. Downtime).

• Providing and documenting process team employee performance assessments, employee development plans, and make recommendations for compensation/job classification adjustments.

• Anticipating and implementing new process improvements (eg. plan, design, install then monitor), maintain statistical process control systems, monitor preventive maintenance schedules and ensure support from employees.

• Develop and sustain manufacturing processes/projects to meet or exceed the technical requirements of our customers and standard while achieving quality, yield, throughput and cost objectives.

• Lead the implementation of manufacturing processes including, but not limited to: facilities layout, equipment selection and installation, work flow, process flow, process characterization, process monitoring/control methods, material handling, tool selection, consumables, documentation (e.g WI & Procedure), training, support and equipment service/maintenance.

• Assist in equipment selection, managing equipment related qualification and installations, related document creation and renewal.

• Participation in process and technology roadmap planning and new products research and development.

• Interfaces with production team, QC team, warehouse team to resolve problems, assist QC team for customer complaints, and develop containment & corrective actions.

• Assist in recruiting and retain a qualified and motivated workforce/talent.

• Additional duties as assigned by management/superior from time to time.
