1. Responsible for research on production technology and management of process discipline; 2. Responsible for workshop technical data statistics, procedure preparation, technical innovation and control indicators issuance, organizing and solving various difficult problems in production, and evaluating and identifying technical innovation and process improvement projects; 3. Regularly collect process data and scientifically analyze yield and process conditions; Responsible for the training of employees\' technical skills and assessment of required knowledge and skills exams: 4. Cooperate with relevant departments to actively organize telegrams and related materials for scientific and technological projects 5. Regularly conduct patrol inspections of the entire factory\'s equipment to understand its condition and keep records. If any problems are found, urge relevant units to handle them in a timely manner; 6. Establish a sound equipment ledger and archive it as required, supervise and guide each workshop to fill in equipment maintenance and repair records; 7. Responsible for summarizing and declaring equipment and material plans for expansion and renovation projects, and coordinating the implementation of expansion and renovation projects; 8. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors as required.
