Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate - Procurement Support Desk - Cantonese & English
In this role, you will be responsible for providing solution/guidance to handle incoming queries on phone calls/emails and portal! You will carry out triaging and advise requester to the accurate buying channel and support all Procurement related matter!

You will be encouraged to provide continuous improvement in processes using LEAN or Six-Sigma methods.

Responsibilities

• Handle any raised up issues.
• Helpdesk Support - Review operational issue and log on helpdesk queries in ticketing system.
• Ensure all queries are processed and aligned with client policies and procedures.
• Ability to tackle problem within given SLA.
• Ability to investigate/results, follow up and resolve open items.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications

• Diploma in any Business Studies.
• Experience in calls, emails and love chat in contact center.
• Proficient in Cantonese (verbal) and English (written).

Preferred qualifications

• Knowledge in Oracle Fusion, Emptoris and Archer will be valuable.
• Experience or knowledge in Procurement and PR to PO will be an added advantage.
• Must have excellent problem solving skills.
• Must be a phenomenal teammate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
