As a Process Coordinator at Melexis, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless and effective utilization of common processes within the Process and Equipment department.
More specifically, you will:
Manage and oversee the implementation of common processes within the local teams, including the direct supervision and coordination of the Process and Equipment Assistant's activities when relevant
Participate and lead projects at both local and global level
Provide training and cover development needs to team members to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge required to effectively carry out the common processes
Monitor the performance of the local teams in adhering to the common processes. By analyzing process metrics, the coordinator identifies areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Seek opportunities for continuous improvement in the common processes. This involves conducting process reviews, and implementing innovative solutions to optimize performance.
Maintain open lines of communication with team members, stakeholders, and process owners to facilitate effective collaboration and ensure that the common processes are aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.
YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or another relevant Industrial Engineering field.
More than 3 years of related experience.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing automation concepts and solutions.
Familiar with process control techniques (SPC, measurement system analysis).
Knowledge of risk assessment techniques, DFMEA/PFMEA, equipment release criteria, and OEE.
Basic project management skills.
Ability to create and deploy work, calibration, and maintenance instructions.
Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
Act as a role model to others by being respectful, giving constructive remarks and ideas for improvements, and follow them through
