Job Description
Location: Johor Bahru
s:
- To develop, design, and implement new strategies to optimize manufacturing process.
- Carry out testing on new raw materials to improve Process Capabilities and production yield.
- To perform process improvement, implement cost reduction and to reduce downtime.
- Involve and lead technical problem solving activities related to the manufacturing process.
- To maintain standard operating procedures, process diagrams and work instructions.
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians.
- Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or any related field.
- Minimum 3 of working experience in process improvement including testing and assembly.
- Good at problem solving skills
- Has leadership skills
