Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented

Process Engineer

to optimize manufacturing processes and improve production efficiency. The successful candidate will analyze current processes, design improvements, and implement solutions to ensure cost-effective and high-quality manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze, design, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain to identify and implement process improvements. Develop process flow diagrams, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Conduct process capability studies and statistical analysis to monitor and improve process performance. Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives for process-related issues. Support scale-up and new product introduction by developing and validating manufacturing processes. Evaluate and recommend equipment and technology upgrades to enhance productivity. Monitor process parameters and product quality to ensure compliance with specifications and regulatory standards. Assist with training production staff on process improvements and best practices. Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.
Qualifications:

We

prefer

candidates with an

Electrical Engineering

background, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field, are also welcome to apply. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering or a similar role. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and quality control principles. Experience with process simulation, statistical analysis, and process optimization tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
