Key Responsibilities

1.

New Product Introduction (NPI)

Drive the end-to-end execution of NPI projects from initial concept to full-scale production. Coordinate build schedules, materials, and readiness activities. Track product milestones and manage timely transitions into manufacturing. Prepare and present phase-gate reports for NPI release approvals.
2.

Manufacturing Readiness

Verify process flows, tools, and material availability for sample runs. Lead PFMEA and Quality Control Plan (QCP) reviews to ensure robust manufacturing processes.
3.

Cross-Functional Alignment

Facilitate collaboration between engineering, quality, manufacturing, and planning. Address production issues promptly and escalate as needed to leadership. Ensure products meet Design for Manufacturability (DFM) standards.
4.

Automation & Data Enablement

Design and implement automation solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce manual processes. Develop dashboards and visual tools to support data-driven decisions.
5.

Quality & Risk Mitigation

Identify potential risks early and escalate issues to prevent disruptions in production or supply.

Requirements

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Materials Engineering. 3+ years' experience in semiconductor or PCBA manufacturing preferred. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong project management and problem-solving skills. Technical proficiency in SQL, Python, React/Angular, Power BI/Tableau, and RPA tools. Solid understanding of NPI processes, manufacturing logistics, and capacity planning.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
