Job Description
We're looking for a motivated
Process Engineer
to support new product development, process optimization, and engineering builds. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to qualify customer products, optimize equipment/process parameters, and ensure smooth handover to mass production.What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Science 1-3 years of experience in semiconductor process engineering Hands-on experience in any of the following : Wet Chemical Etching Metal Evaporation / Sputter (PVD) Wafer Thinning Electroless Plating Electroplating / ECD Photolithography Familiarity with FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, WI Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work under pressure
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, qualify, and maintain processes for new and existing products Optimize process and equipment parameters (DOE, data collection & reporting Support engineering builds and oversee early-stage process runs Train and guide production operators Handle equipment conversion, buyoff, and continuous improvement tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
