Job Description

Analyze, develop, and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity and reduce waste. Conduct time studies, process mapping, and line balancing. Develop and maintain process documentation such as work instructions, control plans, PFMEA, and flow charts. Identify root causes of process issues and implement effective corrective actions. Lead process trials and validation for new products and process changes. Support new product introductions (NPI) and work closely with design and quality teams. Monitor key process indicators and ensure processes meet safety, quality, and performance standards. Collaborate with maintenance, production, and quality departments to resolve process-related issues. Assist in tooling and equipment design and modifications. Ensure compliance with ISO/TS standards and other regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements:-

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing/process engineering role. Strong analytical skills and experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma. Familiarity with CAD software and process simulation tools is an advantage. Knowledge of quality tools such as FMEA, 5Why, Fishbone Diagram, and SPC. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Able to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
