Job Description

? Develop and review process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).

? Perform process simulations, mass and energy balances, and equipment sizing calculations.

? Prepare process datasheets for equipment such as pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, and vessels.

? Support HAZOP studies, risk assessments, and provide technical input for process safety improvements.

? Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of process design.

? Participate in commissioning and start-up activities, providing technical assistance on-site as needed.

? Prepare technical reports, operating manuals, and process documentation for higher management and clients.

? Ensure compliance with international standards (API, ASME, ISO) and project specifications.

Qualifications :

? Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering.

? Minimum 3-5 years of experience in process engineering within oil & gas or petrochemical projects.

? Experience in process simulation software (Aspen HYSYS, UniSim, Pro II, or equivalent).

? Good understanding of process safety standards and international codes.

? Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

? Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
