Job Description

:

• Optimize production processes to deliver cost savings, improve quality, and support new product introduction ( NPI ).
• Provide technical product support to sales team for customer concerns.
• Identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities throughout the manufacturing facility.
• Fully resolve complex issues by applying engineering skills and experience.
• Work with current processes and machinery
• Apply statistical methods and Lean principles to develop and improve manufacturing processes, staffing requirements, and production standards.

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum qualification of Degree in engineering or science \xe2\x80\x93 Mechanical/ Mechatronic.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in similar industry.
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office \xe2\x80\x93 Excel, Word, PowerPoint and ability to work with data to generate periodic reports as may be needed.
• Preferably incumbent able to operate in AutoCAD/ Solidworks.
• Attain training in SPC, DOE, and Applied Problem Solving techniques and has demonstrated successes applying these tools (QC 7 Tools ).
• Able to understand with mechanical drawing and GD&T.
• Understanding of TPM, will be an added advantage.
• Lean / Greenbelt training and experience will be advantageous.
