Process Engineer (cnc Machining Industry)

Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and output
2. Analyse and evaluate production data to identify areas of improvement
3. Design and implement new production equipment and systems
4. Conduct tests and experiments to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
5. In collaboration with cross-functional teams, develop and implement safety protocols and quality standards
6. Monitor and maintain production equipment to ensure consistent performance and prevent downtime
7. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of production processes and procedures
8. Provide technical support and training for production teams
9. Continuously examine and enhance processes to minimize waste and reduce costs.
10. To take part in setting up photo edit and upload in GSS
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1. Must be able to lead engineering teams effectively.
2. Knowledge in CAD or CAM software.
3. Knowledge of CNC programming.
4. Fluent in English.
5. Able to read blueprint
6. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
