Familiar with ISO/IATF manufacturing documentation & control. Continuous production improvements tool and monitoring. Assist the Process Engineering team to carry out assigned duties pertaining to the department To Set up, improve, modify and simplify assembly processes for new and existing models. To carry out the process improvement activity, NPI & MESSPRO product To involve in new model trial run activity for process related matters, e.g. assembly process, line layout, cycle time and line balancing. To prepare Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Process Change Instruction and other documents related to process engineering. To prepare FMEA, APQP & PPAP report. To pepare related documents for RFQ submission. To prepare/update model process flow charts. Process study for cycle time estimation to prepare quotations. Monitor & control production productivity. Any task assigns by Superior.
Requirement(s):-

Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate / Diploma/Advance/Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Manufacturing Engineering. 3 years in automotive mechatronic /mechanical OEM supplier or relevant. Familiar with MS Office applications for report preparation. Familiar with common manufacturing processes; mechanical assembly, functional testing, etc is preferred. We look for candidate who are independent, Innovative, self-motivated and have good analytical mind.
