Job Description
Job Summary : The process engineer is responsible for providing technical expertise throughout the manufacturing process. This role involves offering guidance on best practices and equipment, optimizing production for efficiency and quality, training various teams, and supporting ongoing production activities. They also ensure the manufacturability of new products while adhering to standards and lead new product introduction processes.
Job Responsibilities
:Develops Manufacturing solutions/provides services that are high-quality, cost appropriate, and satisfy the customer's requirements. Utilizes appropriate tools and equipment to perform necessary work, including creation, analysis, and verification. Demonstrates a clear, discipline-specific understanding of the full Plexus Manufacturing processes/ Product Requirements & Specifications as it applies to their role. Successfully executes responsibilities in adherence to Plexus' Manufacturing Processes. Produces comprehensive project documentation based on the needs of the project and in accordance with the quality and change management procedures and guidelines, as it applies to their role.
Job Requirements:
Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in digital tools and software applications.
Preferred candidate from Low Pressure Molding background .
Capable decision-making and problem-solving at an intermediate level.Effective verbal and written communication skills at an intermediate level.
Strong analytical abilities with statistical analysis expertise and experience with statistical process control software.Proactive team player with proven ability to work effectively in cross-disciplinary environments.
Understanding of structured design principles and methodologies.Skilled in developing constructive working relationships with team members and client
Preferred experience with lab tools, testing, and measurement equipment.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month

Low Pressure Molding : 2 years (Preferred)
