Job Description

:

Collaborate with production managers to evaluate and improve existing processes. Develop and propose process enhancements to reduce costs and increase production efficiency. Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential issues. Design, test, and implement process upgrades and new systems. Ensure all processes adhere to safety and quality standards. Perform process simulations, troubleshooting, and optimization tests. Establish routines and best practices to maintain product quality. Create standardized operating procedures for process upgrades. Provide the Product Manager with detailed process documentation and SOPs. Monitor and track performance of upgraded systems.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant Engineering. 5-8 years of experience in process engineering (semiconductor manufacturing preferred). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus. Proficient in ANELVA Sputtering operation systems. Familiarity with hard disk media fabrication processes. Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
